RESPONSE TIME
Our flow of loss claims is handled in a streamlined and well-executed manner to allow our clients to keep their service level in tact. Initially, an ABJ adjuster responds to a new claim assignment within a matter of hours making contact with the policyholder as soon as possible. ABJ’s policy is to investigate and examine the loss itself within 24 hours, then within 48 to 72 hours from the assignment we deliver the report on the loss. This assures our clients can conclude and bring resolution to their claims based on our recommendations and findings promptly. This allows ABJ’s clients to better serve their policyholders. Get out.
